These three courses are open to the public,
but are often crowded. Calling ahead for tee times is essential.
East Potomac Park
A 6,303-yard, par-72 course that has wide fairways and is flat
enough to roll your way on to the greens. Greens fees are $15 for 18
holes on the weekdays, $9 for nine. Weekend rates are $19 for 18 and
$12.25 for nine.

Langston Golf Course
A popular 6,300-yard, par-72 course. Stay on the fairway or be prepared
to drop. The rough is tall enough to swallow golf balls and short
caddies. Weekday rates are $15 for 18, $9 for 9. Weekends
are $19 and $12.25.

Rock Creek Park Golf Course
4,798-yard, par-65 course. This pretty course has an easy front nine,
but the back nine is very challenging. Greens fees on weekdays are
$13.50 for 18 holes, $9 for 9. Weekends are $17.50 and $10.50.
